Tuesday 12th August
I submitted one of my poems "Name and Address Supplied" to the Liverpool Echo last week and they printed it in tonight's issue. My first published poem, how tickled I am! I didn't get paid for it, but all great artists start as paupers ;-) How does one show one is being humorous without these little smiley things? :-)
I also submitted one of my poems to a local arts/music magazine http://www.feedbackmagazine.org/ and it will be in the next issue, I have also promised to contribute some feedback to them about the local reading group I am a member of and also the local film society who I have just joined. I am going to be busy! Well, the devil makes work for idle hands, or so they say ;-)
